Watson Chat-bot

Crimson Service Desk is creating a help bot that will take in users questions and respond with articles that will be helpful to the user in fixing the issue or gaining more information. I worked on the chat bot with different questions that would be asked for a specific issue that would come up so that the bot would have more data to lead the user to the right answer when they asked the question. The PDF shows examples of different questions that I thought of for topics that the bot will help answer.
